李乘德今日貼出與胡杏兒的婚照，留言大讚胡杏兒是個super wife和super mum。李乘德亦講到自己即使胖了，休息時間少了也十分滿足和快樂：「Once upon a time I had one less chin, two less inches around the waist, three less children, a few more dollars in the bank, and lots more sleep. But now I’m loving it! Happy 5th anniversary Mrs Lee!」
